How is shipping calculated?
PCS Creations is a diverse small business catering to more than just art. Shipping is calculated based on "item groups". Each product added to a cart from the same product group is charged a shipping fee for one item instead of all of them. For each item added to a cart from a different product groups will be charged a shipping fee from each group.
For example, if you choose an aromatherapy product and canvas art you will be charged shipping for the aromatherapy product and the art making one shipping charge.
If you purchase two lotions a piece of art and earrings you will be charged ONE shipping fee for both lotions, one charge for the art and one charge for the earrings.
We have decided to go with this shipping plan to make it easier for customers to purchase mulitple items from different categories and still be charged regular shipping based on rates calculated by USPS, UPS, and Fedex.
How does Free Shipping work?
We have mulitple items that come with free shipping whether by default or with a coupon code. If you have a coupon code for free shipping, your code will only be valid on qualifying products in your cart.
For example, if you purchase lotion totaling $20, and a piece of art, you will be charged a shipping fee for the art piece only! if you purchase below the cost threshold your coupon code will not be valid until you have at least $20 of a qualifying product in your cart.
All items with a "free shipping" ribbon on the thumbnail do not have a shipping cost when added to the cart, if your decide to add an item to your cart that does not qualify for free shipping, then you will be charged shipping on all other items in your cart.
Refunds and exchanges
All sales are final on all Jewelry products, you can't return or exchange jewelry for the health and safety of the seller as well as other customers. If jewelry was damaged upon delivery please contact your local post office, ups or fedex store to find out how to submit a claim for damage before contacting PCS Creations.
All sales on Aromatherapy jewelry are final, you may not return or exchange these products for the safety of the seller and other customers. Most aromatherapy products come with oil which can not be mailed back to seller.
All art sales are final on any artwork purchased on our website. All art is insured at the time of shipping and any damage done in transit will be dealt with in a timely manner. if you would like a refund for any art purchased it is subject to a 15% return fee.
All original artwork purchased over $350 will be given a store credit and can be applied to any item on the website.
ABSOLUTLEY no returns, exchanges or refunds will be issued for custom made artwork or products made by PCS Creations. your personal commission piece is just that, personal to you can can not be resold without contract.
A warrenty can be purchased for all art of $350 and up for up to 30 days after purchase of original artwork. Warrenty is a limited product liability warrenty to include repair of minor issues warping, spills, rips, yellowing, loss of shine at no additional cost to the customer.
How long does a custom order take?
Commissioned art orders can take up to 8 weeks depending on the product.
Jewelry bulk orders take up to 4 weeks depending on product.
Bulk Lotion, butters, and sprays take up to 4 weeks depending on product availability.
All other products can take 1 - 6 weeks to complete depending on product type and quantity.
How do I win a raffle?
There are several ways to enter into PCS Creations monthly raffle. Every second Wednesday and every third Thursday a winner will be picked at random for a monthly FREE merch gift. Participation is easy and accessable all month. We strongly advise you to keep track of your entries and become a member to maximize your chances of winning.
Winners can not win again for 3O days after last win, you still have the ability to keep your entries that come with your membership and/or subscription.
